The Villahermosa Marriott Hotel has been awarded the Four Diamond Award by AAA, an international traveling company, with the purpose of recognizing those hotels where the facilities reflect superior quality and service of excellence. Beautifully styled decor in the lobby and restaurant, felt like a luxurious hotel. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. They had so many options of fresh fruit, eggs, meats, pastries, soup, drinks- everything. They even had a chef at the counter making omelets to order. We were so impressed, definitely would stay here again!

Guestrooms at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa are furnished with 32-inch flat-panel LCD TVs and lavish bedding. Take in the view of Cancun's white sand beaches and the Caribbean's sparkling water from the room's private balcony. The staff is extremely courteous. The downside was the extra charge for breakfast. I booked through Booking, and it stated that breakfast was included. In the end, I had to pay an additional approximately $400 per day for breakfast and full board, which came with many limitations.
