Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach - SHA Plus Certified ligt aan het rustige strand Tri-Trang, op 16 km van Phuket Town en op 3 km van het bruisende Patong. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and the service was absolutely indulgent! Every staff member, without exception, did everything to ensure our satisfaction, always with a smile. The "all-inclusive" package was the best decision we made, especially with young children who get hungry every few hours and at inconvenient times. I can't find a single flaw—everything was perfect.

Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach offers quiet, secluded accommodation within walking distance of Nai Yang’s main beach. The resort has a very relaxing ambience with very friendly staff. The pool was gorgeous too, facing the beach and was connecting to some units. I booked the 2BR with balcony and the interior was very nice and comfortable.

Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience.
