The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, room service and currency exchange for guests. The hotel is quite new, clean and exceptionally well organised. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful, and the greatest asset of the property. It has marvellous rooftop restaurant and open bar, overlooking the Bosphorus, which made mornings and evenings quite pleasant without having to leave the hotel. The spa centre is also very nice and convenient, with amenities such as well equipped gym, Finnish sauna, steam sauna and hammam. Massages are available as well. Last but not least, being located right next to the Galataport, a waterfront shopping, gastronomy and art hotspot of Karaköy, makes it quite easy and convenient to navigate Istanbul, whether on foot or by public transport. Overall, stay at this hotel was an amazing experience and from now on will be my home away from home when in Istanbul. Thank you for your service.
