Everything was perfect since we arrived. Staff on the registration was very professional. There are many events offered by the hotel: arcade games, nice pool, cooking marshmallows on the fire, and many more.

My stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Williams was notably enhanced by exceptional service and meticulous attention to guest needs. The amenities, such as the pool and hot tub, alongside the comfort of the rooms, contributed to a delightful experience. Its location near local dining options was a plus. Notably, after I left behind two jackets, the owner's kind gesture of mailing them to the Netherlands was remarkable. This hotel comes highly recommended for its commendable hospitality.

Quick registration, very friendly staff, room was nice and clean

This commendable motel, strategically situated in downtown Williams along the historic Route 66. Numerous dining establishments and coffee shops can be conveniently accessed within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Additionally, a Safeway grocery store is in close proximity, just a 2-minute walk away. The owner's exceptional level of assistance and support greatly contributed to our enjoyable stay.

Hotel was confy and very clean in general.Location was also great.On the reditional Route 66 with very nice environment.

Most of my "Excellent" ratings must be considered from the perspective of the category of this facility, i.e., economy motel; e.g., was this comfortable compared to a Marriott? No, but it cost nowhere as much as a Marriott, but it was very comfortable for a budget motel. Note that I consider it very clean & the staff very friendly & helpful no matter what category of motel/hotel. If I return to Williams, I would stay here again.

The facility was nice, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was not worth the $20 per person that was charged and they need to let guests know that they DO NOT have change if you pay with cash. The breakfast hostess was not a pleasant person. The staff at the registration were nice and gave us a very good reference for dinner.
