Marriott Hotels in New York State

The Marriott Hotel in Watertown Thousand Islands is located in an excellent location and is our Number 1 choice for a Hotel anytime we plan to stay overnight when we are in the area. The rooms are very clean and the complimentary breakfast is a bonus. There is plenty of no charge parking. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating to ensure their guests are well looked after. My wife especially liked the scenic blinds that were covering the windows is every room.

Nothing really. It was a huge disappointment for a Marriott chain of hotels.

The staff, amenities, bed, food, location. Everything was exceptional as expected from Marriott.

Professionalism of staff (We arrived at 3:15 AM, and the front desk woman was exceptional, even when confronted with an unruly guest). Location is excellent. Market store was perfect for water & snacks. Our daily $35 credit was perfect. Tickets to the Guggenheim and other Marriott Bonvoy members' credit was thoughtful.

They cemented holiday inn as the group with the most consistency over Marriott and hilton. While those have some hotels that are exceptional they are not as consistent as holiday inn which is usually rates very good to superb my experience after using them in over 5 countries

During our recent vacation, my husband and I had a pleasant stay at Delta by Marriott. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Positives: We appreciated the spacious room, which was well-equipped with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and all the basic amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel is excellent. Few minutes walk to the Time Square & easy to access by public transport. Lots of food options close by.

Big reception, a lot of activity which showed me it is a good hotel. Room/bed was what I expected from a Marriott hotel.

My parents went there for their 30 years marriage's anniversary. The hotel is located in a very good position in Manhattan, perfect for their first time in the city. They really appreciate the breakfast. The room was not so big, but really clean and silent. I really recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan Chelsea!

property was spotless, had two great bars/restaurants and the vibe was hip and upbeat. I must say the front end staff was AMAZING. Young, friendly, talented and happy to be there!! That’s a combo I haven’t seen anywhere, in any biz since pre-pandemic days! Just being greeted and helped by such an enthusiastic group made the Moxy Chelsea stand out! Bravo Marriott for finding a team that out shown the W Hotel by leaps and bounds!
