I have disability issues and was issued a room upstairs because the other rooms were occupied. On arrival I contacted the manager who then took all my luggage up to the room and that allowed me to negotiate the stairs using the hand rails The next morning the manager then moved me to a down stairs room which was wonderful. I had contacted the manager thar morning if she could stop at a place and buy a few food items which she was happy to do on her way to work if the truth be told it's the staff that make a stay memorable. SHE WAS FOR ME MY ANGEL FROM FIJI. Thankyou for the 2 wonderful nights spent at your Airport Motor Inn Tullamarine.

My flight arrived midnight and the owner was so kind to arrange for our late check in for the night. My card details were initially declined but the owner was once again being so kind to let us pay in the morning. It was a lovely place.

Because we turned up 2 hours before expected. The staff were amazing. My son needed to lay down as he'd been at work that morning 4am till 3.30. All good.
