The staff very very friendly, a 10 plus. We happened to stay on our birthday (mine and my husband's) and the host made us some great surprises. I highly recommend it. Another advantage is that the hotel has a garage. Go because it's worth it.

Bassanese Kastel Guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat in the beautiful town of Buje, where free WiFi is available throughout the property . We really enjoyed our one night stay, everything exceeded our expectations, and Alessandro is simply great host. I would rate the place 11 out of 10, if it's possible.

Left early in the morning and was a seamless and extremely easy check in and out. The location is a 20 minute walk to the airport but felt extremely safe walking there and was a very easy walk. The rooms had great AC, TV, and a cute balcony to just hang out in. The restaurant was right below us which was great since we were tired from traveling all day. We never had contact with the staff since we checked in late and checked out early, but they made it super easy to understand what to do with written posted instructions.
