A lovely small establishment in the quaint village of Marlo. The provided sourdough loaf is a tasty first breakfast, with a local cafe just across the road to finish the day’s first meal. The restaurant around the corner, overlooking the river, was great for a drink and nice dinner. Jeff, the owner was very helpful with local advice. The bed was comfy, and there was plenty of room for the two of us in our unit.

Todos los alojamientos disponen de aparcamiento gratuito.... This is a very lovely place. At the first moment you think it is a bit of an aged place. With the second look it is a very clean, nice, a bit Retrostyle cottage. The owners are very nice and helpful. I do not often give a 10 points vote, but in this case I do!

Despite the ongoing downpour (obviously outside your control), we spent a very comfortable 2 days, and managed to stay dry with the exception of our Site visit (also outside our control). As I mentioned to Kate the only problem was that the volume level on the TV could not be increased above a high whisper level. However, as we are more readers than TV watchers this was not a serious problem for us.

River Drive Motel está en Venus Bay y tiene bicicletas gratis, jardín, terraza y wifi gratis. Este alojamiento, que tiene habitaciones familiares, también ofrece barbacoa. This Motel is a great find. With only 5 rooms it is small but has a great outdoor area with chairs, table, excellent BBQ, firepit and games. There are also bikes to hire and a games shed with helmets, and a great flat path all the way to Venus Bay. The room was lovely - very stylish, nicely decorated and comfortabel. There were also little extras like local milk in the fridge, flowers on the table and linen bathrobes. There is an IGA down the road that is open until 7.00 pm plus a cafe that does breakfast and lunch. I didn't get to try the pub which is nearby. I definitely recommend this Motel for travellers looking for quality, style and a fun experience.
