Good location. heating + cooling air conditioner in living room. and heated blanket in bedrooms. tea kettle,, toaster, plates cutlery and microwave and everything else, in kitchen. we booked 2 villas for 8 adults and 2 kids. more than enough space.

Located in Hobart’s fashionable Sandy Bay, Bay Hotel Apartments is only 7 minutes' drive from Hobart CBD (Central Business District). The place was very clean, neat and tidy 😁 very comfortable! I could park my car right in front of my unit which made it easier for me to get my things to n from my car easily. Even check out was smooth. No wait time. Staff were excellent and very welcome ❤️

I liked the location .. the staff was very accommodating and the room size was decent for the price and compared to other hotels nearby. Stayed on 30th night.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from the famous Museum of Old and New Art (MONA), It features free parking, a barbecue area and a lovely garden. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There was even a laundry room available for guests, which was very convenient. Parking was easy too. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
