Located in the truck park at the Austrian border crossing in Hegyeshalom, 100 metres from the border, Autohof Hotel Hegyeshalom features free WiFi throughout the property. Practical for a stop on the road at night but could also be nice for a longer stay. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was not much noise from the road during the night. The breakfast was ample with a lot of options including warm meals.

Right at the border, just some meters off the motorway, but still not noisy. The staff is nice, we arrived late but a kind lady was waiting for us at the reception. Kis-Duna Motel & Camping is situated next to the main road from Vienna to Budapest in Mosonmagyaróvár on the Danube riverbank. Liked the proximity of the river and that the place is easily accessible

You can find the Motelnet.T right at the entrance to Mosonmagyaróvár, 12 km from the borders to Austria and Slovakia, only 800 metres from the M1 motorway. We stayed here for Nova Rock festival, the motel is in a perfect location, 15 min drive. It was really cheap, you get what you pay for, it’s not the most comfortable or anything but it’s perfectly sufficient for somewhere to crash after a long day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the restuarant downstairs does delicious Hungarian food and not expensive either. 10/10 we will stay here again if we go to the festival in future.
