Nestled amongst peaceful native bushland, Kaka Retreat Motel, Stewart Island offers spacious modern suites with kitchenette, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The wonderful apartment is located very close to the harbour and extraordinary! The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our apartment had two separate bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The terrace was also very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return one day to this unique Motel.

With panoramic views of the Tasman Sea, The Bay Motel overlooks Halfmoon Bay on Stewart Island. It features a nearby golf course, a free shuttle service and free private parking on site. Spacious comfortable and clean rooms, the property is in a great location surrounded by nature but very close to the town. The hosts were so friendly helpful and attentive made our stay much better just with their great service.
