A nice and cozy little spot in Ivano-Frankivsk, the service provided to me as a solo traveler was adequate. The rooms are nice, and spacious hotel rooms with their own flair. Big and comfortable beds, AC, and interesting interior design, which is a bit dated, but charming at the same time. The carpet seems in need of cleaning, but the bed linen was fine. The shower didn't have a curtain though and water gets on the floor and hot water runs out quickly, as something to keep in mind. On the service, it was also adequate but not without difficulty. I had to communicate through a translator as an English speaker which wasn't the issue, but they did not have my reservation I booked a week prior and they do not accept card, so I was left having to find an ATM in the middle of the pitch black and cold night for an hour without direction to pay in cash. The lady and her son were nice, but a bit homely at reception. The coffee and water also aren't free, which I was a little disappointed in too. Overall, I'd recommend this place to any weary traveler needing to rest at a nice and cozy spot for a short duration of time, but keep in take note of the service.
