Unique location, as one of the very few motels at Gulf Blvd/Belleair Beach, which is directly situated at the beach; 1 free parking/room; kitchen w toaster, coffee machine etc.; appropriate furniture, lot of towels; nice pool; quiet; friendly owner/manager. Nice restaurants and food stores within 3-5 mi; only 8 mi to Clearwater Beach.

Spotlessly clean room, nice little pool, free parking on site. Everything you want a motel to be. I'd happily stay here again.

A nicely renovated older motel with free parking and some good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Typical motel, super close to universal studios- there was a free shuttle bus at 8:45 (come back was around 18:00, we came back on foot and it took us around 15 min), coin laundry, free parking

Actually, this was the best deal we got in 20 days around all Florida. The place is basic, a real cheap Motel on the road. Still, it deliver what you do expect. The room was big, everything working fine, clean, parking in front of the room, no noise from the road. So for what I paied, it was BY FAR the best deal in Florida. We got much more expensive rooms for...exactly the same level of product.

The room was very clean. There is a big pool. The area of the motel is clean and nicely arranged with trees and illuminated at night. Overall, we had a safe feeling. There is free tea and good coffee 24h a day and a good breakfast with fruits and scrambled eggs also Walmart is nearby. The location is good, close to Everglades NP.

Nice little motel. No pool, but small beach area with beautiful sunset. Comfortable bed. Good coffee at breakfast, freshly made frittatas, including a vegetable one. Freezer compartment of fridge worked well. You can borrow a coffee machine, but only instant coffee provided. You can borrow Beach towels. You can borrow/rent kayaks, but the sea was a little rough, so we didn’t.
