Our stay at Novotel Al Bustan was fantastic for our family. The hotel’s facilities were great, and the connecting rooms provided by Ms. Hritika at the reception were a big plus. Her attentive and friendly service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families!

The hotel is according to Novotel standards. There was nothing that would negatively impress us. Positive point - we were in 3, and one of us slept on a very comfortable sofa. The breakfast was diversified - everyone could find something according to their wishes. The relationship price/standard is very convenient.
