Novotel Hotels in Dubai

Location was very good - near to the metro station and many shops. Complimentary shuttle to beach and dubai mall is very convenient, especially with kids. Rooftop pool was very nice. Breakfast and dinner had great variety. Restaurant staff was very polite and helpful. Especially mr Shaik who took very good care of our children.

During our visit, we encountered a minor issue with our initial room. However, the way the staff handled it truly impressed us. They swiftly and seamlessly upgraded us to another large room, complete with a breathtaking view and even a Jacuzzi. This unexpected gesture went above and beyond our expectations, and it made our stay even more memorable. The accommodations themselves were luxurious and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The Jacuzzi was a delightful addition, providing us with the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Overall, our experience at Novotel Bur Dubai surpassed all expectations.
