Need to improve breakfast quality and the quantity plus more varieties esp. live breakfast not found like in Novotel Abu Dhabi.

accomodating staff. Sumera who is very kind. highly suggest novotel sharjah. The Filipina staff was so accomodating too. she always great with a smile.

The reception lady (from the Philippine) who welcomed me when I arrived. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. She created my mother before the first time we arrived and after we checked out. She called me twice to make sure I was happy with the suite and asked if I needed anything. She displayed the true meaning of hospitality. Novotel should be proud to have an employee like her. Actually all the staff were extremely helpful, polite and nice.
