DenmarkWe got upgraded to pool access room which is nice. The bed is so comfortable and also the pillows, The lounge outdoor area is also very nice and big. We loves the breakfast area where we enjoyed the pool and sea view in the morning while we enjoyed our breakfast.
The staffs are very friendly.

We loved everything about the Novotel. We often stay one night in Bali and then travel onwards domestically so it's so convenient! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are quiet and the rooftop bar is great for a hangout place. Shout out for the service received from Diego and the bar tender.

Very comfortable and easy access (walkable) from the airport. We reached very late in the night, so decided to stay at Novotel to avoid travelling to our main hotel in Bali. We had booked a big room (Suite) and it was really good for our family (2+2). Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a short stay at DPS airport.

Great location if one wants easy access to the domestic or international airport at DPS. If departing from Novotel to go to the international airport, Novotel has a direct passage from level 2 (their lobby) that takes you to a private security entrance, thereby avoiding a huge queue! Rooms are lovely and clean. Day spa gave me a fantastic service and massage.

As a member of Accor I booked this property on my way into Bali using the Accor website, upon arrival upgraded to a suite and treated very well, price without breakfast $137 AUD. However, on my way home using Booking.com I was given a horrible room, charged including breakfast $214AUD -

For catching early morning flights, Novotel us so convenient. Direct access from hotel to check in is great. Hotel itself clean, friendly with lovely food selection (lounge and in room menu)

My daughter and I were exhausted after a long flight, arrived almost midnight and have to fly again the next morning, staff did her best for a smooth check in. Room was as expected as most Novotel hotels are. Only stayed for 6 hours but it's enough to have a good sleep. Bed was comfortable, hot shower flow was incosistent but suffice. Overall, will stay here again.
