Modern clean, well serviced and very comfortable room. Every staff member from the security to the lobby to the restaurant to the housekeeping was amazing. At the restaurant, we were treated like VIPs and had amazing food and choices. I have never enjoyed my stay in Mumbai so much! Thank you Novotel for going above and beyond!

Amazing property!! Super clean and pristine ! Multiple areas of comfort . Staff were the best ! They were most accommodating and patient !always with a. Smile and prompt service Morning buffet was excellent and multi continental! This was the second Novotel property we stayed in Mumbai and both of them were top notch !Will definitely go back

Everything was fine. Close to the airport but very very busy area! It's better not to go out during rush hour. It met the Novotel standard above average. The receptionist, especially the young gentleman who checked me in, was very professional, polite and friendly. Some other employees, like everywhere else in the higher price segment, cannot maintain the balance between elegance and arrogance.
