Novotel Hotels in Chennai

Novotel Chennai is the must-stay hotel in Chennai. The location is ideal for visiting the Mahabalipuram temples in the South as well as the city, whilst being slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are exquisite - we stayed in a base room as well as a suite and both were clean and quiet with comfortable as well as functional layouts. The breakfast has a wide variety of choice and all the food was of high quality. The only small comment I would give here is that the cleaning and re-setting of tables after people leave should be more thorough. The thing that makes this place 5 star plus is the staff who are all extremely nice people, friendly and who (successfully) went above and beyond to make our stay 5-star. A special thanks to Vishal and Sai Nikhil who took wonderful care of us and made sure we started and ended every day with a smile!
