Everything was good and It was a good experience staying at Novotel . The receptionist of the hotel was very good and cooperative.

The place is comparatively clean and not so far away from the beach, staff is helpful and they are still going according to Covid protocols.

Manjula and Haseeb were amazing attendants who accomodated every request I had. The omelette chef was very good too as he made the omelette according to my liking and always greeted me with a smile. The lifeguard was pretty sweet too and I liked the pool a lot. This hotel is definitely value for money and I will recommend everyone visiting UAE to stay here. Breakfast buffet is different everyday too, ranging from sausages to hashbrowns to types of breads and a big fruit bar

Accor hotels have standards. In ibis styles, it was good value for money..

The reception lady (from the Philippine) who welcomed me when I arrived. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. She created my mother before the first time we arrived and after we checked out. She called me twice to make sure I was happy with the suite and asked if I needed anything. She displayed the true meaning of hospitality. Novotel should be proud to have an employee like her. Actually all the staff were extremely helpful, polite and nice.
