According to the instructions, the key and access card will be provided upon arrival. When we arrived, the doorman informed me that the keys would be under the doormat, but there was no doormat. Also, the access card was provided the next day.

My stay at the Novotel hotel was generally satisfactory. The receptionist, an Egyptian gentleman whose name I regrettably cannot recall, was exceptionally helpful and efficient. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. Firstly, slippers were not provided in the room, which was a slight inconvenience. Secondly, the hot water was not available in the morning when I attempted to shower. but for totally It was perfectly Hotel.

I often stay in Ibis Deira, it is convenient location near the airport and near the Deira City Centre mall (just accross the street). Comfy room, all that is needed is there. There is a bar in the Novotel hotel connected to Ibis.
