Novotel Annecy Centre is located in central Annecy, a 5-minute walk from the old town, the lake and the Château d'Annecy. It offers free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk. Located just behind train station. Convenient to go anywhere at the old town. Breakfast is ok. Some days they provide very fresh bread and I love them. All Staff are really kind and always with smile. One of the staff is able to speak French, fluent English and even Mandarin. I was so surprised. I had a few enquiry before and after the stay, the customer service respond me very fast, and it was very helpful.
