Such and amazing place, our villa was everything in the photos yet better, great breakfast every morning, lush facilities and the perfect distance from the jungle clubs and to travel in the heart of Ubud

The place have a nice vibe and traditional Bali feel. Rooms are good size and accordingly equipped.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is fantastic and there are good facilities within the hotel, the big pool was a hit for our kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Novotel nusa dua as always - very relaxing for the parents with enough activities within the hotel and nusa dua surrounding to keep the kids entertained.

I went with my family, I have 2 children and they were treated amazingly by the staff, the staff was one thing, they were very nice and understanding of our needs. We got a 15-minute free massage done by professionals, and we wish it never ended. our breakfast came accordingly as ordered and was good, we requested all halal food and they went by that well, they also have a free shuttle to take you around the area which was very handy for our family. We like the way the room is laid out, it also has a good sized TV. overall it was nice

Hospitality of staff, cleanliness. I have stayed in Novotel in Bangkok, Pullman and Sangre-La in Malaysia, no one was as welcoming and hospitable like Holiday Inn. The restaurant had good buffet spread and was always checking what our requirement was. We asked for Ice cream oneday and they arranged it during buffet breakfast. They went above our expectation. Fruits from the Manager on our arrival created a special touch.

The hotel has an excellent position and offers very good value for money. it is located right across the road from the beach near the Hard Rock Cafe, in the center of Kita. I got a huge room with an ocean view. due to the fact that we were offered to become Accor members, we received this upgrade. the stylish jingle atmosphere in the lobby and the pool upstairs add value to the payment. the extremely friendly staff makes you feel important.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can say that the services were very good in the hotel! So many kind and nice people work here. Delicious and good buffet breakfast included also. The hotel is about 7mins walk away from the beach, so many restaurant nerby. I would expect a little bit more for this price according to other accomodations.

the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I already know the rooms are small but this is very cute, with several facilities such as AC, Smart TV, and a functioning wardrobe, I also really like the breakfast menu when I'm too lazy to go out, Next, I traveled around the hotel, there were several good restaurants in uluwatu that I visited by renting a scooter at this place, Very happy to be able to stay at this place, according to my expectations, highly recommended

It was absolutely amazing stay in this large and airy apartment! You can use all facilities of Novotel as swimming pool, table tennis, kids club and so on. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I were exhausted after a long flight, arrived almost midnight and have to fly again the next morning, staff did her best for a smooth check in. Room was as expected as most Novotel hotels are. Only stayed for 6 hours but it's enough to have a good sleep. Bed was comfortable, hot shower flow was incosistent but suffice. Overall, will stay here again.
