It was a wonderful experience, The front office staff, the cleaners, the restaurant (especially the breakfast) The team working at the breakfast are wonderful. Thank you for everything. The staff at Novotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel facilities were good with a decent pool and pretty good food offerings for breakfast. Location wise they're not too far from a shopping mall and there's a convenience store just across the road.

location was near most stuff but breakfast morning is bad need change to Novotel standards. Eggs are not freshly prepared - food are not improving daily,. Porrdige is terrible dry . Get new chef

Room was quite okay but doesn’t get the standards of other Novotel around the world. The receptionist Caca was really efficient and friendly, we appreciated it.

I’ve always loved staying in Novotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist staff was very kind to offer bigger room for my toddler. FYI, for the same type of room they have bigger room in the lower floor (no view) or you can choose smaller room (not that small though) but in higher floor with city view. The location is strategic, near food stalls, KFC, restaurants, and train station.

Other places in this location struggle with either bad train noise or rly bad room sound proofing. Novotel still got some of road and train noise but not that bad compared to the other places around here.

It’s brand new. The design and decorations are very well coordinated according to the theme of the hotel name and image.

Large room, basic and comfortable, moder colored. Breakfast ok. Wifi ok but few drops. Well managed in the lobby, safe and ckean Great location shared entry with a large shopping mall.. (which close at 10pm..and open not that early.. So organize your dinner, walking and coffee according..
