What a surprise to find this stunningly beautiful hotel on our travels in India. I honestly could not understand how anyone could give it less than 10 out of 10. We were treated so well by all the kind staff, from our wonderful housekeeper to the security guards outside. Also every single staff member in the breakfast restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast has literally everything you could think of, it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a very, very long time. The pool is beautiful and the gym is excellent. Our room was so nice, plenty of space, a bath and a nice balcony. Well done to the team for making our stay so memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nestled amidst lush paddy plantations and hills, the Bali inspired 5 star Novotel Goa Resort & Spa Candolim offers an outdoor swimming pool with a sunken bar. We stayed for 5 nights & had the most amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the service from the hotel [ick-up at the airport was impeccable. The check in was incredibly welcoming & easy. Loved the pool area, the kind & services from Shankar (pool attendant), Francis (pool bar tender) & Linford (concierge). They are all very friendly, attentive & support with all of our requests including posting a postcard to M'sia. Their constant & friendly demeanour & wanting to help attitude made us feel right at home (even though we were in India ;) ). The Executive Suite room as large & well equipped with all the comforts that we could ask for. The only downside with the short notice of the "Dry Day". The hotel merely informed us of the No Alcohol day 2 hours before the bar closes. They should have informed us earlier so that we could buy our stock from the shop at least a day before. The local dining area for breakfast was crowded but well managed. Their enthusiasm to recommend fresh juices & freshly made dosas were much appreciated. The hotel staff at the reception also went beyond his service by allowing us to extend our stay in the same room until 4pm (late check out is at 1pm). Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. We highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding service & comfort!

Offering 3 outdoor pools and a poolside bar, Novotel Goa Candolim Hotel is conveniently located on Candolim Road famous for bars and restaurants, just 500 metres from the gorgeous Candolim Beach and 4... The property is excellent with extremely helpful staff like Nang and others. We stayed for 3 days with family. The pool is well maintained. Kids and the had a lovely holiday.
