This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Extremely friendly staff and always with a genuine smile. Natalia at the bar hotel was extremely polite and makes very good cocktails! The facilities are top (jacuzzi, pool, hamam, sauna). The massages are good but you need to book at least one day earlier (especially for a Thai massage). We are definitely coming back!

Alexander’s place is really exceptional. Definitely recommended. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The best part is the living room with a very peaceful view on a green valley. One of the rare exceptions, during travelling, you are actually equally interested in the city as the apartment itself. Alexander himself is kind, welcoming and polite.

The hotel is a 5*+ in my opinion. The multiple SPA facilities, many special saunas, food and drinks at the highest level. The receptionist DENIS SYKERYNEK, saw that we are veteran citizens He treated us above a reasonable level, with generosity, patience and hospitality. He went beyond his duties. He booked us a bus and saved us 12 hours of waiting at the airport. He guided and explained everything that was not clear to us. Exceptional room service. The cleanliness of the room is perfect. Anna ( ANUTA) went out of her way to change the sheets when we didn't ask because she thought otherwise. We had a perfect stay!

    Well renovated very traditional Karlovy Vary building. The location is just best - great views over the river and Saunia spa complex with outdoor bath filled with 100% thermal water. For 699 CZK you can use all the facilities for 3 hours. Relaxing in hot spring pool is also included. We layed there for almost an hour while ouside temperature was 7 degrees. Beer price is 55-65 CZK. Do not miss the walk to all springs and colonnades up to Hot Spring Colonnade.
