Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

Both Vittorio and his son were exceptional hosts, helpful and kind Our car battery died- Vittorio was there in a moment, and went out of his way to get us help in no time. The house was great for our kid, who absolutely refused to leave it, and the small breakfast table under the grape wines was a lovely spot. The town is nice and quite, very charming.

This was great location for us as a family of 4. As it gave us the option to relax, play in the pool and even play football and head into Rome city to do our tourist visits. The people here are really welcoming they even took my wife to the food supermarket rather than let her prder a taxi. Such a kind gesture that was not wasted on us. Anything we required was a message away and the villa itself had all Our family needed. We will 100% be visiting here again as a family.

The house and grounds are stunning. We especially enjoyed the large pool area, mature gardens, and all the comforts of holidaying in a fully equipped, beautiful home. The owner Orazio is fantastic - very helpful and friendly. We hope to return someday!
