The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. The room i booked was located towards the street (quite loud as there was a celebration happening) however when asked to change room they were more than happy to accommodate and change my room. I also asked for late checkout at 11 which they were happy to do. So overall amazing experience and will absolutely come back !
