The house is spacious, fully equipped and nicely decorated. It feels cosy and the addition of the veranda with view over the lemon tree garden is perfect. The place is quit and the center and port are 10.min walk from the house. There is a nearby supermarket too. The accomodation could provide a box for the car too if you are coming with car. Check in and chexk out are fast and simple. We really enjoyed our stay.

Villa Emanuel surpassed my expectations. It is a beautiful villa with lush gardens and a lovely pool situated a 10 minute walk from the train station and buses into Sorrento Centro. What really made our stay exceptional though was the staff; especially Fabrizio who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable - a very polite and hardworking employee, and a very nice young man. Maria, Martina, Tina and Laura all gave excellent service. After the noise of Naples and elsewhere, it was a delight to stay in a quiet, spacious and private place where we could enjoy our environment.

Management and staff were excellent. I had an issue with my card - I was Diamond. Downgraded to Platinum. But when I arrived, I displayed an old account that was Classic. I have resolved this accounting issue. But the manager didn’t embarrass me n front of my friend - and said, we will treat you as Diamond. The tTeam were amazing!!!
