It’s basically in terminal 3 (don’t even have to go outside). I had morning flight so checked in and came back to hotel for shower before ambling across and through security, ideal layover hotel. Staff top notch.

It is probably the most convenient Japanese style hotel in central Tokyo. The Onsen (rare in Tokyo) is nice and the breakfast is high quality. The room a big on a Tokyo standard.
