All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. At the room there were various snacks, fruits and drinks. Thank you and we will stay again when we visit Arima Onsen once again.

The facilities are very perfect. Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Everything was great, it’s hard to not write an essay about this place. We were greeted with 4 people. Everything was explained about onsens. They gave us plate of fruits- it was delicious. We could use private bus. They reserved for us restaurant. We booked room with our own onsen outside, everything was clean and so luxurious. We loved it and recommended to stay here, great experience!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff is very nice, the room and the whole hotel are extraordinarily beautiful. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a Kaiseki dinner and breakfast and it was delicious. The hot spring was perfect for relaxing. I would always come back!

The hotel is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a short stay. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The public bath was amazing with the wonderful view of colorful trees. The breakfast was amazing. We had a memorable stay in Arima onsen. Hope we can repeat it.

The Ryokan was amazing. I wanted to try this experience once and I was completely amazed. It was wonderful, very beautiful, and the food was delicious. People were very kind and respectful. Even my japanese friend was amazed. She loved it as well. She said the onsen was very beautiful, unfortunately I couldn't check it myself.
