Both dinner & breakfast were good. Ryokan Hakkei is located in a quiet & peaceful location.

The staff are the highlight of the stay. The warmest friendliest staff we have ever come across when staying at an Onsen. They couldn’t do enough for you.

employees are very helpful and pleasant. My booking was a room with shower and Onsen, but we were given a room without shower in the room. After discussion, our room was changed to one with shower.
