Dinner hotpot was a choice of Beef or Pork hotpot (not buffet, but very filling and tasty). Every room had our own personal hot spring bath which was AWESOME, just need to phone the front desk and they will trigger the hot water to start filling up your bath. Downside is that the water is really hot and you need to mix with cold water to cool it down. There's also a public gender separated bath.

Full Moon Spa offers accommodations with a hot spring spa bath and mountain or brook views. It is just a minute’s walk from Wulai Old Street.

This is our second time at Full Moon Spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located, right at the start of the Old Street. We brought our young kids with us and they really enjoyed being able to use the private spa in the room. My husband and I loved going down to the adult spa downstairs. I have some dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. The food portions were very generous, and the staff were very helpful.

We splashed out and rode here on our last night of a Taiwan bicycle tour before finishing in Taipei; what a regal finish to a fantastic trip! The room was wonderful, hot springs are fabulous, and buffet breakfast was exceptional. If you’re on the fence of splurging a bit, this place is legit.

1. Playground is wonderful! My son had such a good time with the electric cars - they had such a wide range of cars from police cars, excavators, Mercedes, and other sports cars. The police car has siren and lights as well. My son just drove it non-stop.... Playground is free if u stay in the hotel, so my son could go back as often as he wished. There's also a ball pit with slides, and some cooking and coloring things. Official checkin time is 3pm, but we got the keys at 2:30, and they allowed my kid to go in the playground at 2pm. 2. Hot spring pool has a water slide for kids which is the major reason why I chose this hotel. Then there's a very tall slide for adults - pretty exciting and I loved it. 3. Many flavors of hot springs with different temperatures. Even my 3 year old son could enjoy them. 4. Hotel provides a nice bath robe to wear down to the hot spring. 5. There is a spinner in the changing room to dry your swim suits. 6. Huge room and bathroom! Can turn on the tap to enjoy hot spring in ur own room too.

We traveled in a group of 6 (from 8 years old to 70 years old) and all of us love this place so much! From its convenient location (within 1 min walking distance from JiaoXi train station ticket counter, with numerous eateries and shops nearby), to the interior and exterior design, and the amenities provided, not to mention the super friendly and helpful staff - we enjoyed our stay very much. We can tell that the team put in a lot of effort to run this hostel, and they take the guests' needs into consideration. Thumbs up for their excellent services! We booked a double room and a quadruple room. Their quadruple room exceeded our expectations in size. All floors are accessible by lift. The only regret is: we should have stayed here for a few more days! Looking forward to staying at Hostel Tomato again ❤️ **we were curious about their logo design until we saw the 'hot spring tomato' at the nearby market; then we realised their logo looks exactly the same as the hot spring tomato! What a unique and interesting shape it is!

The location is unbeatable, close to the food streets and train station. We loved the convenient to go anywhere by foot. They have free drinks and fruit refilling daily, very thoughtful !
