It was lovely that we were given an upgrade on arrival. We were thrilled and very grateful until we realised it had a bug problem :( The waterslides and food facilities were wonderful and very clean. Staff were always supervising. I think we just got unlucky.

Sea world resort is fantastic especially after the renovation. We got a free room upgrade and can enjoy the views of water park and pools. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the gym, water park and pool, all very clean and well maintained.

good location close to trams, water park was great for the kids. pizza’s were great. I found Ivy the the virtual/sms helper really great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. house keeping was excellent.
