The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The shuttle service was very helpful for coming and going from the train station and to various activities. The onsen was clean and relaxing. There was laundry available for use. Games outdoors and indoors. Just amazing.

La dueña y todo el staff fueron muy amables. Que buena fue la gente, la verdad es que si pudiera me volvería a quedar allí.

El Hotel Sejour Mint se encuentra en Hakuba, a 5 minutos a pie o a 500 metros de la estación de esquí de Hakuba Goryu, y ofrece alojamiento elegante y cómodo. Great location, convenient for the slopes and some lovely little bars/restaurants. What really made it special though were the hosts, John and his wife, who are such interesting, welcoming and helpful hosts, going out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. This apparently rubbed off on the seasonal staff who were enthusiastic and friendly on all occasions. John provided transport when we couldn’t reserve a bus, helped us to find vegan food, recommended bars, gave guidance on off the beaten track activities in our onward locations and shared interesting stories with us…..it’s worth taking the time to chat to him! Nice hot bath in the basement; room for probably 3 people at a time but generally I was the only one there!

El Happokan está situado a solo 3 minutos en coche de la estación de esquí de Hakuba Happo-One y dispone de habitaciones acogedoras de estilo occidental y japonés, baños termales y conexión Wi-Fi... The location of hotel is awesome which is near Happo Bus Terminal, some restaurants and two ski equipment rental stores. The Hotel and room are clean and cozy. There is a comfortable onsen within hotel that you can relax after ski. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Happo Kan!

Hakuba Glad Inn Ebisuya, que tiene acceso a pie de pista y vistas a la montaña, se encuentra en Hakuba, a 44 km de Estación de Nagano. Espacios muy cómodos y limpios! Personal muy amable, fácil de accesar y buena ubicación.

El establecimiento Pension Tomato se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de la estación de esquí de Hakuba Happo-One Winter y ofrece habitaciones amplias de estilo occidental con zona de loft. Lovely place to stay on a quiet street in Hakuba a short walk to restaurants and shuttle for skiing. Owners are wonderful people. Extremely helpful and friendly. The private onsen is nice after a day on the slopes.

El Hakuba Alpine Hotel está situado a solo 10 minutos a pie de la estación de esquí de Happo One y ofrece habitaciones sencillas y limpias y baños termales al aire libre. Our second time to stay here, we enjoyed our stay here, great services, great dinner, good location, feel like home ! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back in the near future !

Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is an 8-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station and a 3-minute drive from Happo-One Bus Terminal. A free 2-way shuttle to both destinations is provided upon prior reservation. Enjoyed my first time in Hakuba experience. The hotel, staff and breakfast were lovely. Thank you!
