Kowakuen Haruka está en Matsuyama, a 6 min a pie de Joshin-ji Temple, y dispone de jardín, habitaciones libres de humo, wifi gratis y restaurante. Superb in all ways. Stayed in superior twin room with city view, half board. Staff were excellent, meals were excellent, room quiet, clean, and luxurious.

Onyado Shikishima-kan está en Kotohira, a 32 km de Kitahamaebisu Shrine, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis, restaurante y spa y centro de bienestar. The inn was so beautiful and many wonderful qualities. It's location is in the middle of a lively street full of shops and restaurants and a close (though uphill) walk to a temple. The in-room amenities were wonderful: whole coffee beans, a grinder, a coffee pot and cups, a separate teapot and teacups, pajamas, robes, and any necessary toiletries. The provided breakfast and dinner was delicious, traditional Japanese fare with English menus to explain the nightly courses (though I'd still suggest having a translator app). Last, but certainly not least: the baths were incredible. I appreciate that the private baths did not need a reservation and were all themed differently. So relaxing!! All my worries melted away here.

Loved the hotel so much we asked to stay another night. Rooms are lovely. Drinks and snacks were available in the lounge and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Yamatoya Besso was one time life experience. The Onsen and the Dinner was authentic, classic Japan style prepared and served with great care and passion.

El Asan Kotonami se encuentra en Kasuga, a 26 km de Takamatsu, y ofrece una terraza y vistas a la montaña. Este ryokan cuenta con baño termal, sauna y restaurante. instalaciones fantásticas ( uno de los onsen estaba a 35° lo que va fantástico si no te gusta el agua muy caliente o tienes problemas de circulación). la cena y el desayuno fueron toda una experiencia y el personal, aunque con inglés limitado, fueron muy amables. en la cena pedimos una degustación de sake de shikoku, muy recomendable.

El Hotel Kazurabashi dispone de azotea con baños termales y vistas preciosas a la naturaleza, habitaciones de estilo japonés y comedor donde se preparan platos en los fogones de cada mesa. Beautiful hotel hidden between the mountains in the valley. The japanese rooms were big and comfortable, loved having access to very fresh water all the time. The staff were really attentive, friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel also offers a free night tour to the vine bridge, which I highly recommend. The outdoor onsen is breathtaking, you reach it by using a cable car(or climbing it yourself). Very well maintained and beautiful setup, and you can literally sit for hours looking at its beautiful real nature background. Outside of the onsen, there is a very old rest area with tea and water, and a sunken hearth (irori). The smell of its burning wood creates a very pleasant aroma. Highly recommend sitting on the tatami in the room while the sun shines through the windows so you experience shades of red you have never seen before. Dinner and breakfast use local ingredients, and everything you try is explained in great detail. Also, you get to hear the beautiful singing voice of the owner of the hotel while she sings you a traditional japanese song during the dinner time. Because the hotel is located in a remote valley and unless you have a car, it will be hard to get around. The buses pass scarcely and they are small and can be crowded. If you try to walk, you will always be walking on the road. You can rent assisted bicycles in the hotel, which makes it easier to get around. Oh, and you will probably see wild monkeys crossing the roads if you venture around.

El Kotohira Kadan se sitúa a 15 minutos a pie de la estación JR Kotohira y ofrece baños termales naturales y habitaciones amplias de estilo japonés, algunas de ellas con baños termales privados al... The location is great, with the famous Kotohira Shrine just nearby the hotel. We love the onsen on the balcony, and exceptional breakfast and dinner prepared to us. Plus point to Judee who serves us with all the patience. The hotel alone would let you take lots of photos, it's too beautiful!

Private villa YUHIMI 夕日見の丘 se encuentra a 32 km de Estación de tren de Kochi y ofrece bicicletas gratis y jardín, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. The property was stunning with amazing views, super comfortable beds and amazing bathroom, The hosts very super lovely and explained everything really well!

PACIFICO SURF HOUSE - Mountain, que cuenta con bicicletas gratis, jardín y terraza, ofrece alojamiento en Shishikui con wifi gratis y vistas a la montaña. Extremely friendly host. Remote Japanese village with polite people. The house was super clean and cozy. It was a great place to rest and enjoy nature and take a break from the chaotic cities of Japan. The host provided a car for travelling around which was beyond my mind. You'll have mountains and beaches around you. Please make sure you stay a few days. You won't regret it.

シーパの湯 Seapa no Yu se encuentra en Matsuyama, a 2,8 km de Hojo Hometown Pavilion y a 10 km de Miurart Village Art Museum. Amazing place. We didn’t except that. Super hotel by the see with an amazing view on Seto Inland Sea. Room in Japanese style with private onsen. Super! The staff is very kind. There is the possibility to leave the luggage there before the check-in!
