Very convenient location, close to Oboke. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless, equipped with everything we needed (even a power strip!). A great choice for those who want to experience sleeping on futons. Excellent value for money — both breakfast and dinner were included, and the dinners were beautifully prepared and varied each day. The onsen was also very enjoyable and spacious. Overall, a truly pleasant and relaxing stay.

Located in Iya Vallye with spectacular view. Room is very spacious with an open onsen on verandar. You can enjoy private bath while birdviewing the whloe valley. Total 2 public onsen, the very special one is located in the bottom of the valley, can only arrive via cable car, a very special expericen: drive the cable car by yourself, feel the so so so natural onsen. Once in a life time... All staffs are very helpful & experienced. Food is tasty and innovative. All perfect!

Hotel Sunroute ligt recht tegenover het treinstation JR Tokushima en biedt moderne kamers met gratis WiFi en een flatscreen-tv. Excellent position near the Station. Excellent staff. One Staff member even helped us place our next destination in the GPS Which was in Japanese. She was so helpful. I wish I asked her name.

Bit outdated but that’s exactly what you’ll get in the middle of nowhere. However, staff, food and hot spring is nice and nearby river is a good place to go for BBQ in summer. If you are looking for place where the time stops, this is where you want to go.
