The location is perfect; we had a room with a balcony and we loved to look down on Plaza de Armas. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We would stay here again.

Giovanni is an excellent host, he can arrange tours that are cheaper than the agencies, very clean dorm, good wi-fi, cheap laundry, my dorm had a kitchen, safe and secure, close to centre. I'd stay again.

We loved to stay with Lea, Mario and their family. They show you everything around the Uros Islands and give you a great insight in their life. The room was very clean with a nice view. Lea made us some warm bottles for the feet because it was cold outside. We can totally recommend to stay here!!

very clean and friendly staff, Veronica gave me useful advise for food and transportation. Both day shift and Night Shift helped me with storing luggages while I was exploring the area around. Very much appreciate!

Smaller but very clean and comfortable room. Down a quiet alley. Good wifi. A bit of a walk to the main square but doable. Close to the bus station. Would stay again.
