We were very comfortable staying at Seva Guesthouse. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We could get hot water from the kitchen and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning with view on Mount Aragat :) The owner can help you with reserving a spot at the space observatory if you want. And we could leave our bags while we were exploring the region. Can recommend!

The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

Undoubtedly, this place is one of the most exceptional I've ever been. The family was incredibly friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They served us delectable dinners, wine, and beer. The entire place was clean and well-maintained, and all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.     The location is great especially if you plan to visit Aragats mountain and/or Kari lake. It was easy to find, plenty of parking space. The view is spectacular and there are hammocks available to relax. Our booked room had some issues with hot water, so we were offered a two-bedroom "villa" property (with separate entrance) for the same price.
