This is probably the best hostel in Armenia, with great facilities, cleanliness, generosity, and friendly staff. They offer free laundry and drying services, and I also enjoyed a rich free breakfast when I stayed there. But I would like to say something to future guests. This hostel is very generous, as a guest, just enjoy this generosity, but please cherish it and don't abuse it. Because during my stay, I saw some guests abuse the laundry service many times. One time they only had a few small underwear, which didn't look dirty at all, but chose a program of over 2 hours; another time they had two bath towels, one large and one small, and also chose a program of over 2 hours. This is definitely an abuse of the free service provided by the hostel. For myself, I don't use the laundry service so frequently, I only use it when I have enough clothes to wash and I always chose the program of less than 1 hour because normally my clothes wouldn't be that dirty. In fact, if you abuse any benefits, it seems that you don't need to pay, but from a deeper level, it is actually consuming your own blessings. It is equivalent to you owe the hostel, and God will make you repay it in the future. So, never abuse anything, because that's your own thing, no matter it appears to be yours or not.

The apartment is very spacious and super clean. Everything you could need is provided as well as exceptional views of the surrounding mountains with a large balcony. We had the two bedroom apartment and each room was large with a comfortable bed. The owner is a VERY nice guy who met us on time to show us into the apartment. He corresponds very promptly. I would definitely stay here again, I loved it.

We felt very comfortable here during our three night stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the furnishings were very nice (like everywhere else there). On a rainy day we enjoyed the cozy lounges and met other guests over a glass of wine. There is a huge, well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. Breakfast is served from the buffet which is diverse and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The staff at Dili Town Resort and Spa went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience, including organizing our transfer from Yerevan. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, offering delicious dishes with great variety. The personnel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and exceeding our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of thoughtful options. As a tea lover, I was especially impressed by the selection of natural Armenian herbal teas, which added a unique and authentic touch to the stay.

We had a great stay! The location is very peaceful and about 7 minute taxi to the centre of Dilijan for restaurants and cafes. The staff were really lovely and helped us with taxis. Just be careful of the dogs if you decide to walk to the city, we were chased by two aggressive-looking dogs about 30 mins walk to the city. The dogs all around the hotel were really friendly!

A very nice location, close to mountains and right next to the river. The hotel is big and nice. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is decent. The hotel has a parking area and the rooms are quite spacious. The water in the shower was decent too. Awesome price for Dilijan where most of the hotels are overpriced. I can clearly say that Diligence hotel is not one of those, the prices are fair.

We really liked the apartment. It is close to a good bakery and a supermarket. We could park the car in front of the building. The apartment is quite big and quiet, the bed is comfortable and big. We slept really well. We could prepare some simple food in the kitchen. The owner is nice and helpful. There's a washing machine. Dilijan is a great place for hiking, visiting Sevan, Dimats, Ijevan, Vanadzor, Alaverdi.

They have a great restaurant with super teasty food. Sometimes we pick this hotel specifically for their restaurant. Have parking and EV charger on the territory. Rooms are good, everything works. They have 2 swimming pools, if you stay at the summer you can enjoy open pool.

Amazing hosts, very hospitable and attentive to every need. Checking with us, if we need anything every day. Brought us delicious treats, had full table of treats when we just checked in. Apartment is a good size, has everything that was needed and more, newly renovated and very clean. Beds are very comfortable with nice white linens. Quiet at night, warm comfortable temperature. Wifi is great. Parking is handy. Very highly recommended. Thank you so much!!!
