Staff was super friendly and gave us a good room with a view. The junior suite was really big and comfy. Bathrooms were clean, and towels changed daily. Location is best. There are plenty of authentic restaurants nearby.

1. I love the breakfast. The option is not too variable, however the taste is very good. And they regularly change the main course. 2. The staffs. They were very friendly and informative to all of my needs. 3. The location. It is near to many tourist attraction and cafes, supermarkets, etc. 4. Kitchen utensils. This establishment is managed by a lovely woman named Lori. She is always helpful and cheerful, and you can clearly tell that she cares about her guests' comfort. The villa is great. The rooms are spacious, the living area is cozy and has a projector. The location is excellent, far enough from the busy main road, but just a walking distance to Yerevan city center. (Make sure to visit the Armenian Genocide Museum, also just a walking distance away.) I felt very welcomed during my whole stay, and I met many wonderful people. There aren't many reviews at the time of writing, but that's because this is a very new established. I will definitely come back if I visit Armenia in the future!

While it's not exactly in the city center, it's quite close. We'd looked at a few places in the city center before this one, but they weren't as clean or comfortable as this one. Everything was great. The Booking.com map shows the location as opposite, but Google Maps shows the correct location.
