Right next to the bus station, great option if you are arriving late at El Calafate, but its also a little bit far (10 minute walk) from all the main restaurants, stores, etc. I dont mind the walk, so it was perfect. Good breakfast and installations. Room was big enough, with enough power sockets, lockers and comfortable beds. I was there for 2 nights, both of them were quiet, just what I needed after staying for 3 weeks at crowded hostels.

This hostel is simply great - The beds are comfy and everyone has his own electricity socket - The shared bathrooms are perfectly distributed: the shower, toilet and the sink are separated so you can have 3 people from your room doing their things at the same time. And there are toiletries. - breakfast is great (they have eggs!) - the staff is helpful and attentive, I dealt with the morning shift mainly and Alan is a star! - the common areas give both a chance to socialise or chill

Santiago was waiting för us upon arrival, and he really took his time to explain the apartment to us, as well as recommending the activities that we as first-timers in El Calafate could do. He even arranged laundry service for us, which was greatly appreciated. Sebastian AI Laundry Club picked the laundry up in the evening of our arrival, and we found the clean laundry back, neatly folded, the next day! The kitchen was equipped with the most amazing indoor barbecue. I've never seen anything like it before, and it worked amazingly well! The location was perfect, in the centre of El Calafate, so we could easily move around on foot. Thank you, Santiago, for having us in your apartment and for your kindness! Thank you also, Sebastian AI Laundry Club for the help with the laundry!!

The receptionists were incredibly helpful. Our bus was cancelled as vehicles were restricted from travelling due to high winds. Adriana and the other receptionists went way beyond the call of duty to help us figure out a solution for getting to our Puerto Natales on time for our flights next day.
