Absolutely brilliant apartment The wonderful host ensured we had necessary information prior to arriving. We were met at the property and fully introduced to it. It’s spacious, extremely comfortable. Very well appointed. Swimming pool was an unexpected and fantastic bonus. Clean and very appealing property that we would definitely rebook.

A great place to relax in nature with a warm welcome! This beautiful house is located in a quiet, natural setting and features a large, cool pool. The property feels secluded and peaceful, and you have the entire fenced-in grounds to yourself. Everything you need is available, including the option to make your own Bosnian coffee or a regular one if you prefer. If you're interested in making Bosnian coffee, the owners will surely be happy to teach you :) The cottage is easy to find, situated near a main road and close to the town of Stolac, where you can find everything you need (restaurants, a supermarket, pizzeria, a bakery, etc.). The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel right at home and even put a small magnet from our country on the fridge as a thoughtful touch. They are also open to suggestions and are always available to help. We had a great time and hope to return for another holiday with these kind people!

House Ivanka was a fantastic place to stay, with amazing isolation and peace, with no near neighbours, and yet easy access to the coast 25 minutes away via the fast new road. We loved the spaciousness of the property and its modern, stylish facilities, with superfast broadband and strong 4G. The outside areas are the highlight, with a lovely pool, barbecue and huge terrace with views to the north and west. The sunsets over Biokovo were spectacular and the lights of Metkovic, Capljina, Ljubuski and Mostar are all visible in the distance after dark. The communications with the owner and agent were excellent, but we had no major problems anyway. We would certainly stay again. Thank you!

I had second thoughts about even writing a review as I almost wanted to keep this absolute gem in the dark, all for myself. If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is for you.

They have a place to park bikes (nothing we’ve seen in Bosnia so far so it felt really good to be expected to come by bike). To spend the night here is an experience itself: the place used to be a railway station and it was beautifully recycled into a hotel. The rooms are big, clean and better than in the pictures. Dinner was perfect: at the sunset, on a beautiful terrace, homemade fresh meals. All the staff was really welcoming. And breakfast: we got fresh bread with big omelettes, fresh croissants, juice, coffee. It isnt a buffet but for bikers it's more than usually expected. The price is high but totally worth it.
