I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at The R Apartment Passwang in Balsthal, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. First and foremost, the apartments were absolutely stunning. They were brand new and beautifully designed, providing a modern and comfortable ambiance. The cleanliness of the apartments was impeccable, and we were delighted to find everything in pristine condition upon arrival. Parking was hassle-free, as The R Apartment Passwang provided ample space for our vehicles. It was a relief to have a dedicated parking area, ensuring the safety and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. It was a joy to cook and prepare meals in such a well-appointed space. I loved absolutely everything there! The location, the view from my room, comfort, restaurant, cuisine, the owners are so friendly and attentive (they where available not only at dinner but at the breakfast too, that I loved so much). I thought this would be my transition point (I were traveling to Italy), but no, I had an amazing rest!

It was close to a nice hiking spot. Prepare for an advanced hike with good hiking boots. The room had a nice big balcony. The hotel has a great restaurant. Quite pricy though. But it is Switzerland, so you have to count with that. Staff was super friendly. Coffemashine in the room, free coffee and tea was available.
