I spent a fantastic night at the artroom villa! This place is pure magic, with its design details, (you get very curious and happy). When you first enter the magical garden the whole wonderful experience begins and for an instance you think that you might actually entered in a sort real and very beautiful fairy tale... When you, (if you're lucky!), happens to meet the lovely and supercool host, well... then it can't get any better! The whole experience is pure bliss and I will ALWAYS want to return to this amazing place!

The best thing is the world class hospitality by the staff. They are awesome, kind, and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. The hotel is very close to the main train stations, about 10 min by bus. The bus station is in front of the hotel. We loved our stay here, it was quiet, the room was cleaned every single day. The kichen was very well equiped with utensils, the fridge was spacious. We had an extra requirement which was kindly met by the hotel. Even if there is self check in, it is an easy process. There isn t a reception but there are employee there for assistance. The bed was comfortable. The price was fair for the provided conditions and the prices in Bern. The neighborhood was quiet and rather safe. Would definitely come back.

    It is conveniently located and has an underground parking lot but it is not for free. Also, very spacious bar terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view. Reception staff give you free public transport passes on the check-in for the duration of your stay, which I believe is a citywide policy in Bern.
