The space is very well appointed. The design is quite charming with all amenities a practical traveler might want. The dining room is lovely, service was excellent and the food very good. The room felt particularly spacious, impeccable and the bathroom very comfortable. Excellent value! An added bonus was the small gym that had good equipment. Highly recommend this property.

Sonesta overbooked so I had no room. It was no problem though they arranged me a super new hotel at a good rate in a great area. The staff member was super professional and I was happy to move. A very friendly family run the hotel. They speak English for those guests who do not understand Spanish. The hotel is very clean and my bedroom was large, ensuite, and a very reasonable price. The hotel is close to the airport but it is located in a nice area and a quiet street.

    I always stay at torre acqua, I get a different room each time but they are all similar in design and comfort Really nice beds, really clean, warm shower, good functional kitchen with clean and new cookware, coffee maker, (paid) laundry available, (paid) secure parking, a good gym to use, always stable wifi and nice smart tv. Staff is always friendly. Good price. I look forward to my next visit. Right in Candelaria walking distance to good places, and easy entrance to transmi to go anywhere else.
