The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was functional and really helped us with cooking. The location was great, just 5 minutes by car from the beach. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a really good time!

We love the location of the villa. Quite neighbourhood. We love the pool area with grill outside very good to cook with friends and family. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they answered when they needed them.

Great location! Nice apartment, spacious. Photos correspond to reality. Everything you need for a short stay. Large terrace, comfortable beds. Easy check-in, very accurate directions, easy to find and check in. Unfortunately, since we were in winter in rather cold weather and during the rainy season, the swimming pool was closed and we could not use it.

I was in solo trip for 4 nights. I check out yesterday I came to visit my family in Cyprus. This was very nice place and clean. All the equipment was there. Close to local shop. I will definitely come back again. The owner answered all my questions. If you're looking for a place to stay please book this place. Just like in the picture the room is lovely and big. The host is very helpful and kind and provided all the necessary information. The apartment is on the first floor. It is very spacious and bright, clean and fully equipped. As Italians, we really appreciated the coffee machine. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well, and the TV had Netflix. The terrace was nice. Supermarket, shops and restaurants around the corner. Paralimni is a great option for getting away from the hustle and bustle of Agia Napa and its beaches while still enjoying the beautiful sea and entertainment. We recommend nearby Armyropigado Beach and the adjacent dog-friendly bay!

    The owner is very pleasant and easily accessible. In 10 days, towels were changed twice, while bed linen was changed once, free of charge. The apartment comes with all kitchen appliances and utensils. Additionally, there is an iron available in the apartment. The property is only a few minutes' walk from a very beautiful beach, while if you have a car, all the famous beaches are within 10-15 minute drive away. The parking lot within the property is spacious and easily accessible.
