Check-in and check-out are finished online. Their website is very nice. The process went smoothly. The location is very close to train and market. The place just feels like home. They even have kitchen and refrigerator. What I like most is the words on the mirror "you look suit today", which let me be in good mood every morning. There was a mistake on my invoice. I contacted staff through WhatsApp. The person quickly fixed this issue.

The room was a cozy apartment with a kitchen and all facilities including a fridge and oven. The place is super clean and staff welcoming. U bahn station is right outside the reception, a 2 min walk at best. The mattress was quite good. I had a good sleep

It's a place for you to feel like you're at home. Staff is very well educated and nice. The hotel's owners thought about every single detail to make your staying smoothly. Comfy decorations, books everywhere, nice tables to work in the room or in the lobby, the breakfast had an amazing bacon which I loved, but you can also cook something there, mini supermarket, the utensils in the room so you can cook your own meals... Had a great time there. Usually I come back from business trips dying to be at home, but this time I didn't want to leave.
