When I booked I immediately got a message explaining the check in procedure. The check in was smooth and seamless and Paulina and Thomas were very responsive when we needed help even at night at 10pm we couldn't figure out how to use the inductor and Thomas came round to help us out. The unit itself is very cozy and modern and has been recently renovated so brand new shower and kitchen with a dishwasher. The hosts have thought of every small detail so its not just cozy but practical, we even had food in the freezer and some drinks left for us in the fridge which was great because we arrived late so didnt have time to go shopping. Overall its an easy 10/10. The area is really suburban and you can get an s train to the city in less than 20 minutes. Will be back next time im in Copenhagen.

Fantastic design hotel at amazing value, great rooms - nice design and all amenities, super nice reception, bar and restaurant area, well connected with Copenhagen center (metro station 2min walk away) and even walkable, 30min to Christiania, 40min to old town. Our stay was perfect! The room was very beautiful, good decorated with a lot of details, clean and with great view to the Opera house. The air conditioner works perfect. The pillows and the sheets were more than comfortable and you will get the joyful rest after the long walks in the city. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of bread, croissants, eggs, vegetables, yogurt etc. The coffee was very good as well. The staff was kind and always smiling.
