Fernanda and Cesar are excellent hosts and helped us purchase a new phone charger. The house is lovely. Lounge, kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. Excellent safe private parking by the house with outside table and chairs. Location for Lourdes sites is fantastic, no need to drive.

Stayed here for two nights in early June. It was an overall pleasant experience. Contactless check in was seamless, with clear instructions. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and amenities were sufficient. Space was enough for 6 people and it was kids-friendly. There was even an arcade game machine in the apartment! It's also within walking distance (~10mins) to the Sanctuary.

It’s really big. We were three people and each of us had his own room with lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room spacious. You can park in the street no problem. The contact with the owner was really straightforward and nice!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eliseo in Our Lady of Lourdes, and I am delighted to give this hotel a glowing five-star review! My experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was joyful and comfortable. A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return! Thank you all for making my time in Lourdes so special.
